Shipping & Delivery Information

At Ela, we strive to deliver your favorite outfits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with the country’s leading reliable courier services—Pathao and Steadfast—to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: We process and ship out your orders promptly. You can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 3 days after order confirmation.

  • Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary slightly due to government holidays, extreme weather conditions, or political disruptions.

2. Information Required for Delivery

To process your order and ensure it reaches the correct location, please provide the following accurate details at checkout:

  • Full Name: The recipient’s legal or recognizable name.

  • Full Delivery Address: House number, street name, area/ward, and district (e.g., Pabna or Dhaka).

  • Active Mobile Number: A reachable phone number so the delivery agent can contact you upon arrival.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to Pathao or Steadfast, you will receive a confirmation message. The delivery agent will call you before attempting to deliver the package to your address.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your location (Inside Pabna / Outside Pabna).

  • Charge-150 Tk all over Bangladesh
